Terms and Conditions

In consideration of New Fiction (NF) agreeing to accept and review the Material, I hereby agree to the following:

1. I am the author/artist and exclusive owner of the above described Material and I have the full right and authorization to submit the Material to NF.
2. I represent and warrant that the Material is original to me.
3. Any part of the submitted Material that is not original and not legally protected may be used by NF without any liability on NF’s part to me and that nothing herein shall place NF in any different position with respect to such non-original Material by reason hereof.
4. NF shall not be under any obligation to me with respect to the submitted material except as may later be set forth in a fully executed written agreement between us.
5. I realize that, because NF may have had access to and/or may have independently created or have had created ideas, themes, formats and/or other materials that may be similar to the theme, plot, idea, format or other element of the Material now being submitted by me.
6. NF is under no obligation to use the Material in any manner.
7. NF can encourage and post reviews of the submitted materials.

Bottom Line: If you deem your submission valuable, copyright all your work before submitting.
