The site has dozens of audio files, created by more than 50 voice-over actors from around the world. With their sonorous voices, they read passages such as: “Paragraph Two, in such state in such year, Subsection E, Medicaid coverage for Medicaid eligible individuals, Paragraph One, in general.” That one in particular is spoken with rich, warm emphasis by John Zadikan, a Detroit-area voice-over professional who has worked for Kmart and AAA.
